Frequently Asked Questions

All gelato will be delivered between 6pm - 8pm on both weekdays and weekends. Due to the nature of the product, do ensure that someone will be able to receive it during the delivery window.

To change your delivery timing please contact us at theaphrodite.sg@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you. Please note that delivery cannot be made outside our operational hours as all gelato is made in house.

There is no minimum order to make an online purchase. For large orders (10 pints or above) please contact us at theaphrodite.sg@gmail.com.

If no one is present during the time of delivery. Our delivery driver will attempt to contact you and leave it with a neighbour or at your door. However, we will not be able guarantee the condition of the product.

Cancellations cannot be made once the order has been submitted. Please contact us at theaphrodite.sg@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Yes deliver islandwide!

Do note there will be a delivery surcharge of $15 for orders below $45.

You are able to make orders up to 2 weeks in advance, please note that delivery cannot be made on Mondays.

Upon receiving your order please remove the insulative packaging and store your gelato in the freezer for an hour before serving.

For large orders of 10 pints and above please fill up the contact form at the bottom and we will get in touch with you. Do note that depending on the quantity we may require 5 - 10 working days to prepare your order. 

For large events such as weddings/private functions and company events, we highly recommend that you get in touch with us at least 1 month in advance to ensure that we will have sufficient raw ingredients on hand for your order. 

Yes you can select the in-store collection option at the check out page by including your contact number. 

Do note that self collection orders will only be available the next day when the order is placed before 2pm and will not be available for immediate pickup as our Gelato is made fresh to order.

Please keep the gelato in the freezer for 1hr upon receiving your purchase. Our gelato can last for approximately 1hr in our insulated packaging away from direct sunlight.

Please speak to us directly for this, we will arrange for you to have a consultation with our gelato chef so that we can determine your requirements. Fees and charges will apply.
