Island-wide Delivery

The shipping address, contact number and products are final at the time of check-out. Please ensure that your details are correct before checking out

To ensure that our gelato reaches you at its optimal condition, our gelato is delivered with ice packs and an insulative foil that is designed to keep the gelato within optimal temperature during the delivery. 

In the event that no one is around to receive the gelato, we will place your gelato at the door or with a neighbour. As this may compromise the quality of the product, please do ensure that there will be someone to receive the items during the delivery time slot (6pm-8pm) on the day of the delivery.  

We will not accept refunds for products that have already been sent out. 

In-Store Collection

If you have placed an order for store collection we will inform you when your gelato is ready for collection. We do not have immediate store collection as all our gelato is handmade in small batches to order.

The following delivery fees apply:

• Store collection (free) - for all orders
• Delivery fee (free) - for orders $45 and above
• Delivery fee $15 - for orders below $45
